Ella F. Filippone has been affiliated with the Passaic River Coalition since
1969. Prior to that time, she was executive vice president of Stricker
Research Associates, Inc., New York City and Washington, D.C., management
consultants in government relations. She is a member of the NJ Water Supply Advisory
Council and is New Jersey Chair of the Greenwood Lake Commission. She
represents the County of Passaic. Testing.
Eric Hastings

Eric D. Hastings, A 25 year resident of W. Milford. Attended Springfield College. Eric has Operated a West Milford based contract maintenance company since 1987, specializing in onsite environmentally correct cleaning of car dealer inventories, buildings & Equipment. Politically active, Eric served two years as treasurer of The Real Republican Organization of West Milford. Areas of expertise include property development & management. After several years of successful private efforts with various lake related projects Eric sees the GWL Comm. as the best way to upgrade and preserve Greenwood Lake.
Kenneth Klipstein

Has 19 years of experience at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP). He currently serves as Bureau Chief for Watershed Planning in the Division of Watershed Management. In that position, Ken is responsible for overseeing the Department ’s watershed restoration and protection functions including administering the Federal Clean Water Act Section(s) 319(h) and 604(b) Grant Programs. Earlier in his career at NJDEP, Mr. Klipstein served as Assistant to the NJDEP Commissioner and Bureau Chief for Planning & Systems in the Site Remediation Program. Mr. Klipstein has served on many municipal boards including the Planning Board, Board of Health, Parks & Recreation Committee and Environmental Commission. He currently serves on the Lake Hopatcong Commission and the Greenwood Lake Commission. He is on the board of the Pocono Environmental Education Center and is President of the Tewksbury Land Trust. Mr. Klipstein graduated from UNH and Rutgers with degrees in Environmental Planning.
Sandra Lawson

Sandra (Sandy) Lawson serves as the New Jersey Governor’s appointee. Sandy has been active in water quality and Open Space issues over the last 14 years. Sandy lives in Wanaque with her husband Forrest and 2 daughters. She currently serves as Vice Chair on the Passaic County Open Space and Wanaque Open Space Committees.

Appointee from the Greenwood Lake Watershed Management District. For over 25 years employed as Senior Scientist at International Paper Corporate Research Center in Sterling Forest. Currenlty a Professor of Microbiology at Ramapo College. Member of the Town of Warwick Conservation Board. Past Co-Chair of the Town of Warwick Comprehensive Plan Board. Served as a Trustee on the Warwick Village Board for 4 years. Presently Executive Director of the Greenwood Lake Watershed Management District.
Donald Perry

Is an experienced financial and management consultant with a wide ranging background in commercial finance and strategic management.
Currently, Mr. Perry is engaged in an industry transformation and business attraction project for the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development and the greater Hudson Valley which he designed and created. The project is focused on helping existing firms in the real estate and construction industry to generate new growth opportunities in the green building and sustainable development marketplace. In addition, the project is setting the stage for the attraction of new businesses and the creation of a green building products manufacturing and distribution cluster in the region to take advantage of opportunities in cleantech and renewable energy development. Mr. Perry is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED – AP), a member of the Upstate New York Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and a founding member of the Hudson Valley Branch of the Upstate New York Chapter.
Prior to forming Shiva’s Karma, LLC, a strategic management consulting firm focused on developing “green” businesses, Mr. Perry was Executive Vice President - Finance of Wyndhurst Associates, LLC, a Baltimore-based financial restructuring firm, where he was involved in complex financial and operational restructurings for firms in a wide range of industries. He has been active in turnaround and crisis management for eight years and is a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). Mr. Perry served as a Community Builder Fellow with the U.S. Dept. Of Housing & Urban Development, where he was the Special Liaison to the City of Los Angeles, Mayor’s Office of Economic Development, on the Brownfields Redevelopment Program. Mr. Perry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Development Economics from Williams College. He received a Masters in Business Administration in Strategic Management from the Peter F. Drucker Center, Claremont Graduate University. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance at Webster University, and as an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Leadership at Chapman University.

Bernie Lohmann represents The New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation region 3. Bernie is a graduate of SUNY at Morrisville with an
Associate Degree in natural resources conservation . He has been employed
by the NYS DEC region 3 water program for 36 years with current duties as
region 3s flood plain manager also working with flood control ,dam safty
and waste water treatment . He is also a NYS Certified grade 3 waste
water plant operator and a NYS certified Code Enforcement officer

Paul Zarrillo is honored to have been appointed to the Greenwood Lake Commission, helping restore the lake to its glorious past. Having lived on the water for more than 17 years, Paul enjoys boating, jet-skiing, swimming, winter sports and the overall beauty of the Hewitt area. He currently serves on the West Milford Tourism Commission. As President of O Promotions, Paul prides himself on his innovative approach to the promotions business. His vision and marketing expertise enable him to work with clients on a broad range of campaigns designed to drive companies forward. As a division of The O Group, a graphic design firm that specializes in luxury brands, O Promotions regularly creates promotional collateral that is integrated into multifaceted marketing programs. Paul shares his time between Hewitt and New York City with his wife and son, and enjoys visiting his daughter in Vermont.
