There have not been any significant payouts since we’ve last meet. There will be a payment of $1k later in the week to cover the D&O Insurance. There was a note sent to all advising there was no advantage to pay 3 years in advance, so we will be paying year by year.

Trying to work out the financial split for NY and NJ.
There are deposits that do not have any notes to advise if it was a NJ or NY deposit
Motion to split the Weed harvester 80/20. Commission Granted. NJ/80 ~ NY/20
Would like to set forth a motion on the Expenses that if the deposit is $1k or less, it will just be split 50/50.
If it is over $1K, I will do research to see what I can find and bring the information to the next meeting if granted.
Will try to get the archival statements from Provident Bank.
Vote to move payment of bills into Treasury Report and not a separate agenda item. Commission Agreed.
Went to a possible desilting spot. Mostly organic silt. Will take a sample of the site; Greenwood Park, Emerald Park Restaurant and determine where we can put it once taken out. Should be able to remove sediment by Permit by rule.
Eric to send Kelly a list of the water bodies to make sure a permit is not needed.
Two floating docks tied up along the straight stretch, waiting for disposal.
Contract was notarized and delivered to the NY DPW of Orange County.
Saw Barry Chaney, he advised he would check on the 20K.

Talked with County about funding some projects for next year; stump, geese.
No update with the water management plan.
Bridge work on Warwick turnpike with dirt removal, no updates given
General concern was brought to his attention about some work taking place at location: Block 6002 lot 29 West Milford. 280 Marshal Hill road, ground disturbance and the lack of suitable ground erosion control, there is no proper debris run off protection. The Complaint was sent to the land use folks. Investigator has been assigned to the case.
Scott Wood to start stump field removal on 11/22. Browns Point can be used for Stump removal.
Advised there is a NY chair but never received a letter for it.

Dates for the commissioners NJ workshop is rescheduled for November 28, 2017 at the office.
NY Stump fields, need to find out if they are prevailing wages.
Still no response from Orange and Rockland Electric about the power cables in the water, emails and phone calls, but will take further measures if need be.
Waiting for Contract with USDA for the Geese project. @ $15-20K
Kelly will research to see if this is legal and then talk to a sportsman’s group to see if we can have them Bow ‘hunt’ the geese.
Advised Commissioner Bill Link is resigning as of next month, December 2017. Would accept any recommendations for a replacement.
Contacted the health department regarding the septic pump outs and they are sending out letters this week and next week that everyone needs to do their pump outs. Need to notify the public 3 months in advanced.
